Debt Escape is a choose your own adventure game. Make the right choices to get to the end!
You have student loan debt. Fortunately, a mysterious alchemist has invited you to his laboratory to learn the secret to creating gold, which would help you pay off your student loan debt. Unfortunately for you, the alchemist enjoys watching people fall prey to the traps in his lab.
Each scenario will present between 1 and 4 choices. Pick the one you think is best. Along the way, there are opportunities for exploration. Look around--there might be an object you can pick up or a secret you can reveal that will be useful later.
If you unlock magic, simply type the name of the spell to use it. It may or may not have an effect in a given scenario.
There are many secrets that can be revealed with magic. It is very difficult to win if you don't find them. Scenarios that have secrets will often have a clue on how to unlock them.
